Challenge

  • Prove that BNP Paribas Bank Polska gets what Gen Z needs and wants—so much so that they’ll see the bank as a cool, future-focused place to work.
  • Bust myths about both Gen Z and banking jobs to show BNP Paribas Bank Polska as a workplace that’s in tune with the next generation.
  • Find the common ground—the shared values that connect Gen Z with a career at BNP Paribas Bank Polska.

Implementation

  • We noticed a pattern: stereotypes weigh down both Gen Z and the banking world. That gave us the spark for our campaign concept: #StereotypyNiePracują (#StereotypesDon’tWork).
  • We designed creative scenarios to get Gen Z talking openly about these stereotypes.
  • Then, we brought it all to life with a fresh, engaging social media campaign that speaks their language.

With this campaign, we’re not just breaking stereotypes—we’re building bridges between BNP Paribas Bank Polska and the next generation of talent.
