Not every hero wears a cape. The real ones work quietly and consistently. Just like ISOVER, part of the Saint-Gobain Group, a brand that simply does its job. Day after day. Year after year. Decade after decade. Our task was to translate the global strategy into a local story that would resonate with three target audiences. We built a narrative in which the brand steps back to give space to people and their needs. They are the heroes, while ISOVER remains the silent ally that makes sure everything works exactly as it should.

Challenge

• Adapting the global brand strategy to the specifics of the Polish market
• Maintaining consistency with the global tone of voice while incorporating local trends, context, and communication style
• Addressing diverse target groups, taking into account their needs and communication habits
• Creating a memorable slogan that works effectively across a 360° campaign and conveys the “hidden hero” idea

• Strategic workshops with the client to develop messaging tailored to each target audience
• A 12-month marketing roadmap covering multiple channels and tools to increase brand awareness and build long-term competitive advantage
• The slogan and big idea “ISOVER robi swoje” (“ISOVER does its job”) - simple, authentic, and memorable
• Key visual development and translation of the big idea into four brand pillars expressed through real consumer benefits
• Comprehensive social media management - combining product benefits with lifestyle-driven, engaging content
• Full production and execution of a 360° campaign - from an online hero film explaining the hidden hero concept, through bumper ads, OOH and radio spots, to emailings, print materials, and internal communication. Every element told the same story and reinforced the multichannel strategy.
