"Hej! Pobudka, czas na sen dobry" – IKEA campaign

Together with IKEA, we moved guests into the world of good sleep by organizing an event that literally stimulated their senses. This sensory experience became the heart of IKEA’s new campaign, proving that healthy sleep starts with well-designed solutions.

Challenge

  • To spark interest in the topic of healthy sleep, which is essential for well-being but often overlooked in daily conversations.
  • To promote IKEA products and solutions that support better sleep, including accessories that improve comfort, air quality, lighting, and bedroom organization.
  • To create an event that stands out from the rest and attracts the attention of the media, influencers, and consumers.

 

Implementation

  • Support in implementing the vision of an interactive "sensory path," allowing visitors to see, feel, and touch how six key factors – temperature, lighting, sound, comfort, clean air, and organized space – affect good sleep.
  • Selection of an iconic location, the Palace of Culture and Science, which emphasized the uniqueness and scale of the event while attracting high tourist and media traffic.
  • Invitation of Krystyna Czubówna to record a narrative about sleep.
  • Organization of an ASMR session by influencer Klaudia Leclercq to creatively demonstrate the benefits of IKEA’s products.
  • Together with the IKEA team - hosting an event attended by 100 journalists and influencers, who shared live coverage on their channels, boosting the campaign's reach.
  • Attention to detail, with catering prepared using food products available at IKEA.

 

Results

  • 40 publications about the campaign, with 65% featured in top industry media.
  • The campaign reached over 387,000 people through media and influencers who shared content from the event on Instagram, generating a reach of 88,000.
  • The sensory path was visited by 3,500 people over three days, showcasing significant interest in the event.
  • Each of the 100 special guests received an ergonomic IKEA pillow, allowing them to personally experience the benefits of properly selected accessories.
