For one of the largest cosmetics factories in Central and Eastern Europe, we developed a communication strategy supporting a key business model shift – opening up to external brands and contract manufacturing.

Challenge

In 2024, Avon Garwolin factory, previously producing exclusively for Avon and The Body Shop, began operating as a contract manufacturing partner for other brands. This was a fundamental change requiring clear, consistent, and professionally planned communication. The main challenge was to build a refreshed image of the factory, as an open, modern, and reliable manufacturing partner – without losing its identity associated with quality, scale, and ESG standards.

  • Developed a set of key messages and leader bios for the factory.

  • Prepared B2B communications highlighting scale, automation, and know-how.

  • Planned and executed a media cycle, including features in trade media and interviews with the factory director, Jakub Żurowski.

Effect
