We’re thrilled to share that Karolina Liberka, our Head of Strategy and Innovation at Garden of Words Group, has been accepted into the Polish Association of Market and Opinion Researchers (PTBRiO).

This isn’t just a well-deserved recognition of Karolina’s work – it’s also a strong endorsement of the research expertise she brings to every project. Especially in the areas of qualitative research and netnography, her contributions go far beyond the expected. What makes this especially meaningful is that her membership was based on recommendations from industry peers – people who’ve seen the value of her work up close.

Why does it matter to us?

In marketing, strategy often starts with data – but numbers alone rarely tell the full story. What sets Karolina apart is her ability to read between the lines. She’s fascinated by the hidden drivers behind what people do, say, and sometimes don’t say.

It’s in those in-between spaces – between what’s said and what’s done, between data and context – that she uncovers the insights that really make a difference. Her sensitivity to cultural cues and social patterns allows her to spot the surprising truths that lead to strategies that actually work.

Research that goes deeper

Joining PTBRiO isn’t just a recognition – it’s a chance to keep learning, growing, and sharing knowledge with other researchers. And for us, it means even more depth and sharpness in the insights we deliver to our clients. Karolina’s approach is grounded in one key idea:
If you want to speak to people, you need to really hear them first.
And sometimes, that means tuning in to what’s not being said.

What this means for our clients

With Karolina’s research mindset shaping our work, we’re able to go beyond surface-level thinking. Our strategies become:

We’re incredibly proud to have Karolina on our team – someone who’s not afraid to dig deeper, ask harder questions, and explore the spaces others might overlook. Congratulations, Karolina – we’re lucky to have you!
